Machine Operators

Hamilton Connections is seeking machine operators/line techs for a large manufacturing company in East Longmeadow, MA. Candidates will receive on the job training. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, although not required.

We have several night shift positions available. Night shift employees work 12 hours per shift. The pay is $18.00/hour plus the opportunity to earn attendance bonus.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in successful operation of machines

- Work with process technician to meet production goals

- Diagnose and troubleshoot minor machine issues

- Maintain accurate production records

- Assist in keeping area neat and clean

Job Requirements ;

- Ability to muti-task in a fast paced environment

- Have good time management skills

- Be proficient communicating in English via 2-way radio

- Have the ability to stand for long periods
