Hamilton Connections is seeking machine operators / line techs for a large manufacturing company in East Longmeadow, MA. Candidates will receive on the job training. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, although not required.

Positions are 12 hour shifts with day and night shifts available. The pay is $17.25 - $18.00 / hr plus  the opportunity to earn attendance bonus.

Job Responsibilities :

• Assist in successful operation of machines
• Work with process technician to meet production goals
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Maintain accurate production records
• Assist in keeping area neat and clean
