Positions Available :

Part-Time / Temporary

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Greet / Assist guests - be proactive and friendly; provide information and direction
• Have an understanding of the venue layout and features
• Manage Line / Crowd Control - verify entry of guests through tickets, badges or wristbands, direct traffic in and out of venue
• Screen guests during entry including bag checks, walk-thru, hand wand, and visual
• Observe and Report
• Demonstrate and enforce company and venue policies
• Roaming and Patrolling - clearing aisle and assisting with crowd control issues
• Field Intrusion / Barricade - create a secure area between the crowd and the event
• Patrols and monitors an assigned area; reports suspicious activities to local authorities.
• Monitors surveillance cameras, inspects property, and monitors crowds.
• Contacts law enforcement or fire department in case of an emergency.
• After business hours, checks doors, windows, and gates to ensure the property is secure.
• Reasonably detains persons suspected of criminal activity until law enforcement arrives.
• Escorts discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.
