A company is looking for a Specialist to lead contract renewals and drive revenue growth for service contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and resolve contract issues for strategic end-users and sales representatives
Identify opportunities for account expansion and participate in customer meetings to promote AWS CPPO programs
Manage customer renewals by creating quotes and processing orders while collaborating with vendors and sales teams
Required Qualifications
3+ years' experience in a Third Party Renewal role
Strong knowledge of Third-Party Services and distributor-related tools
Aptitude for learning service-related offerings from multiple vendors
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS applications
Ability to develop relationships and work independently in a cross-functional team environment
