Your Role:
As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering organization. You will lead the execution of critical, high-priority programs, ensuring robust cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Security teams to create the central nervous system for modern enterprises.
What You Will Do:
- Drive Complex Initiatives: Spearhead the comprehensive delivery of large-scale technical projects, such as Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and platform-wide architectural transformations.
- Technical Liaison: Convert macro business goals into detailed technical requirements, effectively communicating complex architecture trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
- Operational Excellence: Implement rigorous program management standards with clear milestones, KPIs, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure consistent and timely delivery.
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to prioritize project roadmaps, resolve cross-team dependencies, and manage resource allocation for mission-critical programs.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate decision-making across distributed, global teams and nurture relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
What You Will Bring:
- Experience: 5-8+ years in a technical program management role within cloud-native or high-scale software environments.
- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data streaming technologies like Apache Kafka.

- Proactive Mindset: Results-oriented with the ability to navigate ambiguity and take the initiative to enhance efficiencies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across engineering, product, finance, and data teams to align goals and drive cost savings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
What Gives You an Edge:
- Familiarity with cost management tools or frameworks in large-scale infrastructure settings.
- Experience with Confluent or other large-scale platforms.
- Background in building dashboards using JQL, SQL, Data Studio, BigQuery is highly desirable.
