Quality Systems Engineer

As a Quality Systems Engineer at Precix, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes and products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems (QMS) that align with industry regulations and best practices. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the quality management system documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with the following standards : ISO 9001, ISO 17025, AC 7115, AS9100 and IATF 16949 requirements and the environmental system to ISO 1400 I requirements.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify the effectiveness of quality systems and processes, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues, implement process improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Facilitate quality training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of quality systems.
• Coordinate and manage customer audits and inspections, ensuring all documentation and processes align with customer requirements.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, presenting findings to management with actionable recommendations.
• Support new product development initiatives by ensuring quality considerations are incorporated from the outset.
