Business Analyst (Entry Level)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in Business Analysis within the IT industry. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support the delivery of quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
• Support the creation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
• Perform basic data analysis, research, and reporting to support decision-making
• Help facilitate meetings, presentations, and requirement workshops
• Work with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) documentation and execution
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and change logs
• Conduct gap analysis, SWOT analysis, and basic process mapping as needed
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
