Pyro Combustion & Controls is a leading provider of commercial and industrial boiler service, repair, and controls integration in Las Vegas. We're growing and looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:

As our Service Coordinator, you'll be the hub of communication between customers, field technicians, and management. Your role ensures our service operations run smoothly and efficiently-helping keep critical boiler systems up and running across the valley.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls, maintenance, and emergency repairs
• Communicate with customers to coordinate appointments and follow-ups
• Track service jobs, parts, and technician availability in scheduling software
• Support the field team with documentation, work orders, and permit coordination
• Maintain organized records of service calls and work history
• Assist with billing and job closeout processes when needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience using QuickBooks for invoicing and job tracking
• Comfortable working in Google Sheets and shared documents
• Experience in a service coordination, dispatch, or administrative support role
• Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, boiler, or mechanical contracting is a plus
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
