This role will oversee and support key functions across Accounts Receivable and Collections, driving accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer service. With a focus on systems, processes, and people, this position plays a critical role in facilitating training, supporting data integrity, and leading collection strategies that ensure timely and effective outcomes.

This position will be based out of our corporate headquarters in Chicago and requires five days onsite.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000-$100,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
