Responsibilities :

• Draft and file legal documents with precision and adherence to deadlines.
• Utilize case management software, such as Filevine, to organize and track case details efficiently.
• Assist with discovery processes, including document review and preparation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials, ensuring all necessary materials are ready.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files to support smooth litigation workflows.
• Research legal precedents and compile findings to support case strategies.
• Coordinate with clients and legal teams to ensure effective communication and case updates.
• Leverage modern legal technology platforms, such as Eve AI, to enhance productivity.
• Monitor court deadlines and ensure compliance with filing requirements.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and correspondence.
• Proven experience in legal drafting and document filing.
• Proficiency in case management software, with Filevine experience preferred.
• Knowledge of discovery processes and civil litigation procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with trial preparation and litigation support.
• Ability to adapt to new legal technologies, such as Eve AI.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred.
