WhatYoullDo

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, overseeingmarketing plans, timelines, budgets, and ensuring all deliverables align with the scope of work.
  • Partner closely with the Strategic Lead to develop and implement campaign strategies and provide regular updates and performance analysis.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions that add value and enhance project outcomes.
  • Oversee client retention, billing, and profitability, ensuring each account meets its financial and relationship goals.
  • Create estimates and proposals, collaborating with the Account Lead or Director as needed.
  • Hold internal kick-off meetings, manage project closeouts, and lead reflective sessions to ensure continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in account management, marketing, or client services (agency experience preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, orrelatedfield.
  • Ability to translate client goals into actionable marketing plans and measurableobjectives.
  • A deepcuriosity about how clients businessesoperate,their products, audiences, and competition.
  • A proven ability to build strong, respectful relationships across internal teams and with clients.
  • Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and time managementskills;capable of handling multiple priorities with efficiency.
  • Commitment to delivering polished, high-quality work that meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Willingness to take initiative, engage in crucial conversations, and contribute to Flints positive culture.
