Your Key Responsibilities :
Deliver focused nursing care for patients with complex needs, which includes administering medications and assisting with advanced interventions.Monitor patients attentively for any changes and escalate concerns promptly to support swift interventions.Document accurate updates to facilitate effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.Communicate complex health conditions and recovery processes clearly to patients and their families, ensuring understanding and comfort.Collaborate closely with RNs and specialists to ensure optimal patient recovery and transition from intensive care.Qualifications :
