About the Role

As a Client Executive , you'll be at the forefront of our business development efforts. You'll identify and engage with companies that need talent solutions, build trusted partnerships, and drive growth by connecting clients with the right candidates. This is a people-first role where curiosity, resilience, and relationship-building skills fuel your success.

What You'll Do

• Proactively build and grow client relationships through business development outreach.
• Execute outbound phone and digital marketing campaigns to identify new business opportunities.
• Partner with candidates and clients to drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage client and candidate data with accuracy.
• Meet and exceed performance goals in areas like outreach, presentations, candidate submissions, and client job orders.
