Learn more : aus.com / earnmore. As an Allied Universal Security Professional, you will play a key role in access control at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities include monitoring entry points, conducting routine patrols, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This post requires driving as part of your daily duties. You will provide outstanding customer service and communication while embodying our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises according to site-specific procedures.
  • Assist in visitor management, including logging and directing guests as required by site guidelines.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to observe for irregularities or security-related concerns.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or site representatives regarding any security-related issues or emergencies.
  • Document and report observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.
  • Provide customer service by addressing questions, giving directions, and assisting employees and / or visitors as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Primarily driving post is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
