About the Opportunity
This is a rare chance to join a company in the midst of explosive growth. You'll be joining a dynamic accounting team were you can seen progression. The CFO is hands-on with career development and quick to delegate more responsibility once you've proven your capability.
What You'll Start With
- Accounts Payable (AP) : Learn and perform 3-way matching, take initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) : Ensure invoice accuracy and completeness.
- Payroll : Weekly payroll for 280 employees using Paylocity.
Once you're efficient and reliable in these areas, you'll be given opportunities to grow into Cost Accounting , FP&A , or Management - depending on your strengths and interests. There's no fixed path, but ownership and initiative are key.
