A company is looking for a Supervising Producer, Politics Video Podcast.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and launch of a new politically-focused video podcast, collaborating with host and editorial stakeholders

Produce weekly longform video episodes for platforms like YouTube, ensuring high production value and editorial integrity

Manage multiple projects, mentor freelance editors and designers, and stay current on visual and social trends in digital media

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in digital video production, especially in editorial or creator-driven content

Experience covering politics and policy, with a strong background in research and scripting

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Suite, particularly Premiere, and familiarity with vertical video editing tools

Proven ability to manage freelancers and deliver high-quality content on time

Deep understanding of video platform ecosystems and audience engagement strategies
