Pay Scale : $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated Climbing Arborist Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of skilled arborists, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of tree care tasks.

Job Duties : What You’ll Do :

• Tree Climbing : Utilize various climbing systems to perform essential tree care tasks.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team in delivering high-quality arboricultural services.
• Tree Care : Perform pruning, thinning, and deadwood removal; install cables, bracing, and lightning protection; remove hazardous trees.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to crew members through professional development programs.
• Equipment Management : Maintain and operate tools and equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, bucket trucks, and aerial lifts.
