Key Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements, ensuring adherence to contract requirements and project timelines

Oversee the secure handling of medical records and documentation exchange between clients and reviewers

Create and manage billing events, ensuring invoice accuracy and tracking revenue milestones for projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; equivalent professional experience may be considered

5-7 years of experience in project management, healthcare consulting, or professional services

A clinical background is strongly preferred

Experience in evaluation of clinical quality is strongly preferred

Proficiency with Salesforce, Workday, and Microsoft Office Suite
