Key Responsibilities
Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
Engage in positive interactions with pet families and handle a high volume of customer service calls
Gather and document pet medical information and schedule appointments while meeting performance standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
Wired Ethernet connection required; satellite internet and hotspots are not supported
Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs
Previous experience in a work-from-home environment
Must attend a mandatory 4-week intensive training program at the start of employment
