A company is looking for a Sales Development Manager who will lead and develop a team while actively contributing to outbound strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of SDRs and contribute to outbound strategy and messaging refinement
Coach and train SDRs through call reviews, live role-plays, and feedback sessions
Analyze SDR performance metrics to drive improvement and maintain operational excellence
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing SDRs or BDRs in a high-volume outbound environment
Proven ability to lead and contribute as a player-coach
Strong coaching ability with a focus on developing skillsets
Deep knowledge of outbound prospecting and data-driven decision-making
Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator, or willingness to learn
