Dental Practice Manager

Pay : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Dental Practice Manager to enhance our team's efforts in providing exceptional service to our patients. You will play a vital role in leading our center to success and ensuring that every patient feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities :

• Team Leadership & Staff Development : Cultivate a high-performing team through mentoring, coaching, and positive reinforcement. Manage scheduling, onboarding, performance evaluations, and encourage team collaboration through daily huddles and meetings.
• Front Office Operations : Supervise all front desk operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, treatment plan presentations, insurance verification, billing, and persistent patient communication for a smooth experience.
• Business & Clinical Coordination : Work closely with providers to optimize workflows, monitor key performance indicators, and support surgical planning to ensure patient care is delivered with precision.
