About The Position

Job Title : Outpatient Therapist Profession : Therapy Specialty : Orthopedic Duration : Permanent Shift : Varied Hours per Shift : 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours Experience : Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates accepted; first-time travelers accepted License : Current and valid licensure required Certifications : Relevant certifications required Must-Have : Ability to float to other clinics; productivity expectation is 60 visits / week; able to manage caseload of 12-14 patients / day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected Description : We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to join our team. Experience in outpatient therapy is preferred, although new graduates are encouraged to apply. First-time travelers will also be considered for this role. A guaranteed 36 hours of work per week is offered, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours. The therapist will have the opportunity to float to other clinics as needed. The patient population will primarily consist of general orthopedic cases. The productivity expectation for this position is 60 visits per week. Therapists will see between 12 to 14 patients daily. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected to ensure efficient patient management.
