We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, California. Responsibilities:
• Process and input customer orders accurately into the system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to confirm product availability and coordinate schedules.
• Organize shipment schedules and ensure calendars are consistently updated.
• Address customer inquiries and provide necessary documentation support.
• Perform light front-desk duties, including welcoming visitors and managing phone calls.• Proficiency with computers and familiarity with Word and Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
• Willingness to work onsite and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Competency in basic office tasks such as filing and data entry.
