A company is looking for a Category Manager I responsible for sourcing strategies and procurement agreements to drive cost savings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional sourcing teams and manage associated sourcing projects
Negotiate purchasing agreements and develop service level agreements (SLA)
Build and maintain relationships with internal clients and stakeholders to address purchasing needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years of professional work experience
4+ years of sourcing or procurement experience
CPSM, PMP, or Six Sigma certification is a plus
Knowledge of supply chain, category management, and strategic sourcing concepts
Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, and e-procurement technologies
