CPA Licensed Bookkeeper

A company is looking for a Bookkeeper to oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable / receivable, and bank reconciliations

Help prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Support payroll processing, budgeting, forecasting, and external audits

Qualifications

CPA certification preferred (active or inactive license accepted)

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

5+ years of bookkeeping and accounting experience, preferably in SaaS and Health-tech industries

Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax compliance

Proficiency with Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite)
