A company is looking for a Customer Success Retention Advisor (Bilingual English / Spanish).
Key Responsibilities
Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and prevent churn
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities while managing customer relationships
Provide product support and manage payment issues, including account reactivations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in customer success, retention / reactivation, or sales roles
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and Google Suite
Fluency or native proficiency in Spanish
Demonstrated success in organization and time management
Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with B2B clients
