Personal Injury Paralegal

A reputable, fast-growing, personal injury law firm representing the plaintiff side, is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, friendly, legal environment. Responsibilities : Knowledge and experience preparing all phases of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation, from case inception to trial. Drafting and e-filing legal documents and pleadings such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, settlement demands and Bill of Particulars. Assisting with trial preparation Case management : Maintaining case files, depositions, and managing the litigation calendar. Requesting medical records and drafting medical authorizations Qualifications : Must have 3+ years of NY Plaintiff Personal Injury experience Experience with any legal research software e.g., New York State Courts Electronic Filing System (NYSCEF), WestLaw, Lexis, etc.
