Key Responsibilities

Build, QA, and deploy email campaigns in Marketo

Create and manage smart lists, segmentation, and dynamic content

Analyze campaign and lifecycle performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

1-3 years of hands-on email marketing experience

Direct experience executing campaigns in Marketo

Foundational understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing

Experience supporting nurture programs and triggered campaigns

Understanding of deliverability basics and email compliance standards
