Job Description :

We re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is hands-on and fast-paced you ll be booking shipments, trucks, tracking loads, talking with customers and carriers, and making sure every shipment runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily shipments for various customers.
• Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and facilities.
• Track and trace loads; provide clear and timely updates.
• Negotiate carrier rates when needed.
• Collect documents such as BOLs, PODs, and photos when applicable.
• Assist with billing and invoicing support.
• Troubleshoot issues like delays, accessorials, or service disruptions.
• Build and maintain relationships with trusted carriers.
• Support the operations team with general logistics tasks.

Requirements :

• Logistics, dispatch, or transportation experience (3PL preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Comfortable using TMS systems, email, phone, and basic computer applications.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and proactive.
