This role will collaborate closely with Data Management and cross-functional teams to generate clinical trial metrics, support data cleaning and reconciliation activities, and contribute to the development and maintenance of CDISC SDTM datasets and source data pipelines.
REQUIRED Qualifications :
- Strong proficiency in R to maintain existing and develop new analyses and datasets
- Hands-on experience working with CDISC SDTM datasets and clinical trial data structures
- Solid understanding of clinical trial workflows and data lifecycle
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team
PREFERRED Qualifications :
Experience with Python and / or SAS in a clinical programming contextExperience generating CDISC SDTM submission packagesFamiliarity with CDISC validation tools such as Pinnacle 21 or CDISC COREKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling teamwork with team members and cross-functional partners, either situated locally or remotely.Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Current knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements related to clinical programming.Ability to apply programming expertise to problem solving and troubleshooting for teams.#TB_PH
