Customer Service Representative

Luke Dix - State Farm Insurance Agency
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $18-$25 per hour (base + bonus/commission)

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable speaking up when a customer could benefit from better coverage or additional protection. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and building real relationships-not just processing transactions.

No prior insurance experience is required We provide training and support as you're learning.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing thoughtful policy guidance
• Review customer profiles to understand needs and recommend appropriate coverage or products
• Assist with policy changes, updates, and service requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work collaboratively with a supportive, team-first agency

• Detail-oriented, dependable, and coachable
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to start date
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Training, Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $18-$25 per hour (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses & commissions, with total earning potential of $40,000-$60,000 per year
• Structured training during a 90-day probationary period
