As a Maintenance Supervisor at the Hilton Bloomington, you will maintain optimal hotel operations by promptly addressing guest and associate maintenance requests, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring all building systems and equipment function efficiently.

What will you be doing?

• Provide daily Condition and Work Progress report to the Director of Engineering.
• Supervise, direct and inspect the Engineers on a daily basis to ensure their work productivity and quality meets standards and deadlines.
• Responsible for coordination and roll-out of projects as directed.
• Interact as needed with guests, contractors, vendors.
• Knowledge of brand standard as well as service standards and meets expectations.
• Perform all assigned day-to-day maintenance and preventative maintenance projects as assigned.
• Conduct regular inspections via walk-throughs of public areas, back of the house areas, guest rooms and exterior areas.
