Key Responsibilities
Support Care Services staff by answering questions and providing coaching and feedback
Review consumer inquiries and feedback to improve service and capture data

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a contact center environment
Willingness to provide outstanding consumer service
Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
