• This position can be filled as an Engineer I, II, III or Sr based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE :

This position, in the Operational Readiness group, performs and analyzes operational planning studies, both steady-state and dynamic.  This includes updating operational planning models, coordinating Transmission and Generation outage plans, forecasting loads, and updating operating guides and procedures.

EEI Testing :

One way that Entergy has found to identify and assess the abilities and skills needed for certain jobs is through pre-employment testing.
