About the Role

The Company is seeking a Permanent Tax Director to lead and manage all tax-related activities. Applicants for the Tax Director position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and hold an active CPA license. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a tax leadership role, particularly within the finance industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of corporate tax, international tax, and tax planning, as well as a proven track record in preparing and reviewing tax returns. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to ethical practices.
