We are seeking an experienced, team-oriented Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility with a strong short-term rehab and long-term care mix. This opportunity is ideal for a DON who has successfully led larger buildings and is energized by driving quality outcomes and elevating star ratings.

What You'll Do

Provide hands-on leadership for all nursing and clinical services

Drive survey readiness, quality outcomes, and regulatory compliance

Lead the facility toward 5-Star quality and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Current RN license

Proven DON experience in a large Skilled Nursing Facility

Strong short-term rehab and LTC background

Team-oriented leader with excellent communication skills

Track record of improving quality metrics and survey outcomes
