RevOps Business Analyst

A company is looking for a RevOps Business Analyst to optimize processes and integrate technology solutions within revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business processes with various teams to identify automation and improvement opportunities

Translate functional requirements into system specifications while serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams

Lead the evaluation and implementation of third-party systems to enhance revenue operations processes

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in Revenue Operations

Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and integration

Strong knowledge of Revenue Operations processes including sales and marketing workflows

Experience with API interface tools such as Zapier or Mulesoft is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
