THE JOB

The Branch Manager will run all day-to-day operations of the San Antonio branch, overseeing people, financials, and service delivery. This role leads a small but expanding team and ensures the branch meets growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.

Key responsibilities include :

• Full P&L responsibility for the branch
• Leading sales, yard / field, and administrative staff
• Overseeing installations and ensuring quality service delivery
• Coaching, hiring, and developing team members
• Managing safety, compliance, and branch processes
• Building strong relationships with customers and local industry partners
• Driving market growth and overall branch performance
• This is an in-office, hands-on position with regular field visits
