Workday Implementation

A Workday Implementation Manager with 8+ years of experience typically leads the full lifecycle of Workday projects, managing cross-functional teams to implement Workday for HR, Finance, and Payroll. Required Skills & Experience Extensive Workday Experience : 8+ years of hands-on experience with Workday implementations across multiple modules.

• Project Management : Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• Technical Acumen : Strong understanding of Workday integrations, data migration, reporting, and security.
• Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Business Process Knowledge : Deep understanding of HR, Finance, and Payroll business processes and how they translate to the Workday system
