Job Description
The staff speech-language pathologist provides prevention, evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for speech, language, social, cognitive, and swallowing disorders across all ages, under medical supervision.
Responsibilities include clinical supervision of students, fellows, and support staff.
Requirements include a Master's degree or equivalent in speech pathology, 1-3 years hospital experience preferred, Texas license, CCC from ASHA, and BLS certification. Must be able to commute between facilities.
Strong therapy skills, communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are essential.
