Tax Manager - Hybrid (Phoenix, AZ)
Compensation : $110k - $160k (DOE)
An established accounting & consulting firm with over 40+ years in business is hiring an experienced Tax Manager in Phoenix. The firm serves clients nationwide across several industries including construction, manufacturing, agriculture, real estate, non profits and professional services. With multiple offices across the U.S., this mid-sized firm of around 200 employees continues to expand while offering the resources of a national practice and the culture of a close-knit team.
Role Overview
The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and advisory work while managing client relationships. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing returns, managing engagements and providing proactive tax and financial guidance.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of tax experience in public accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA strong preferred or in progress
- Strong client management skills
- Ability to work on site in Phoenix 3 days per week (2 days WFH)
