The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 a.m.-4 : 00 p.m., plus Saturday mornings from 9 Sign up or sign in for contact information . Call is required until 10 p.m. daily, though a triage service handles most calls, and any major issues are referred to Mass General or Childrens Hospital. The provider will see 12-15 patients per day, mostly physicals and sick visits, treating patients from newborns through age 21. Candidates must be BC / BE and vaccinated for COVID / flu. Support staff includes an MA, a nurse, and a secretary. Documentation is done on paper with scanning or via RXNT, and providers are expected to chart as they go.
