New Home Sales Associate - Part Time

• Part Time hours. Can discuss more during the interview process.
• Provide on-site coverage at our sales offices on the northeast side of DFW including Melissa (Milrany Ranch) and Lavon (Lake Breeze).
• Build rapport with prospective buyers, determine buyers’ housing needs and interests, demonstrate our model home and/or inventory homes and lots based on the prospect’s needs.
• Follow up with all potential buyers in order to convert to sales; prospect and develop referral contacts.
• Present the value of using our preferred lender and achieve the preferred lender capture rate goal.
• Ensure that all prospects fill out a digital registration.
• Host and attend realtor events; coordinate events such as model home grand openings and referral events.

• Provide same day, immediate email/phone response to all UnionMain website, digital advertising, and 3rd party sources.
• Respond quickly to "Live Chat" inquiries and convert to on-site appointments.
• Qualify leads and follow up multiple times with prospects until an appointment is made to meet with an on-site Salesperson.
• Maintain a toll-free number and voicemail for leads.
• There is a bonus program associated with set and kept appointments.

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Advanced internet, email, and sales contact CRM experience.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and CRM management.
