Description :
This is a travel position for a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
The shift is from 5 : 30 PM to 6 : 00 AM.
Candidates must have experience in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
Candidates without the required experience will not be considered.
The unit has a total of 408 beds and 59 staff members.
Staff consists of one charge and one manager on day shift, with 8-10 clinical respiratory therapists.
Night shift also includes one charge and 8-10 clinical respiratory therapists.
The patient ratio is 10 : 1.
The unit is equipped with Hamilton, Servo, and GE ventilators.
The electronic medical record system used is Meditech.
Typical procedures performed include breathing treatments.
