Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care to patients in collaboration with RNs and the healthcare team

Monitor patient conditions, report changes, and maintain accurate documentation

Administer medications and assist with treatments and procedures

Maintain compliance with facility and state regulations

Requirements

Active LPN license in New Mexico

Current BLS certification

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred

Must be local to Belen, NM (no travel / housing allowance)

Available for day shift
