About the role :

We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our Product team. As the Chief of Staff, you will report directly and be a trusted adviser to the Chief Product & Data Officer. You will develop and manage operational workflows such as quarterly and annual planning, board meeting preparation, and commercial requests from the Revenue organization, and will pursue one-off research projects as IC PM support to the Chief Product & Data Officer. You will analyze and identify where there are opportunities for improvement in the product process and ensure compliance across the organization with R&D rituals. You will champion initiatives to strengthen relationships between product and other departments.

Where you will work :

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

What you will do :

• Drive strategic initiatives across Product, Data, and R own special projects and partner closely with the CPDO on high-visibility programs and cross-area product efforts.
• Operate and evolve the Product operating system, including the feature lifecycle, planning cycles, data governance, and core product rituals.
• Own the Product roadmap, serving as the CPDO's thought partner on planning and ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Sit on the Product Braintrust, which is effectively the Product & Data leadership and strategy committee.
• Lead the Product Launch process and manage the transition of Product Marketing launch responsibilities to Product Marketing.
• Quarterback Product & Data communication, including biweekly all-hands, guild programs, and cross-functional collaboration efforts.
• Oversee key operational workflows, including commercial request intake, product KPIs, departmental diagnostics, and problem-solving.
• Support organizational health, including Product & Data recruiting, org chart and personnel management, and strengthening collaboration across teams.
• Own executive-level deliverables, including the Product section of board decks and other high-impact materials.
• Oversee the Product & Data budget.

Compensation Transparency :

The target salary range for this position is $165,000 - $225,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to : flexible PTO, Medical / Dental / Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
