Software Development Project Manager

TELCOR Inc a nationally-recognized provider of healthcare software is looking for an energetic focused and motivated project manager to join the TELCOR Point of Care (POC) development team.

The Software Development Project Manager is responsible for planning coordinating and driving the successful delivery of software development projects within the POC Product team. This role ensures projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with organizational goals. The Project Manager will work cross-functionally with designers engineers testers product managers and leadership to keep initiatives on track while balancing priorities and schedules across multiple concurrent projects and within multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles testing processes and release management
• Strong knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies; experience applying hybrid approaches
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps MS Project or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of driving projects to on-time delivery
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Strong stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to leadership teams
• Project management experience with a focus on software development projects
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Project Management Business related field or equivalent work experience
• PMP and / or Agile certification (e.g. PMI-ACP CSM) strongly preferred
