Seeking a full-time BE / BC Ophthalmologist to join team in west central MN.

  • Join two other part-time ophthalmologists including one neuro-ophthalmologist, and three optometrists
  • No call
  • Monday-Friday
  • Volume of patients / day Variable depending on provider preferences; option for high volume work
  • Epic EMR

Compensation and benefits :

  • Guaranteed base compensation starting at $440K for the first two years of employment, plus wRVU's
  • Generous benefits package including : health & dental, life insurance, group health insurance, disability insurance (short and long term), 6 weeks paid time off, malpractice insurance, annual employer contribution of 10% of wages towards 401K (100% vested retirement plan), profit sharing plan, & cash balance plan
  • Relocation assistance, residency assistance, CME reimbursement, & generous sign on bonus
  • Paid professional dues and memberships; paid DEA renewal & MN license renewal
