Superintendent – Healthcare Construction | Central Michigan
We are currently seeking experienced Superintendents to support key healthcare construction projects in Central Michigan. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to lead all daily site activities, overseeing trade contractors and ensuring the project is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
This role demands a deep understanding of the unique challenges involved in working within active healthcare environments, including strict infection control protocols, specialized systems (such as medical gases), and coordination around patient care and facility operations. You will be responsible for managing construction sequencing, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and driving progress from mobilization through closeout.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in commercial construction, particularly in operating hospital environments, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope. Clear communication, effective problem-solving, and strong planning and scheduling skills are essential for success.
