A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative I, Remote (MA Residents Only).
Key Responsibilities
Screen incoming patient inquiries and determine appropriate handling
Resolve patient issues and ensure satisfaction while advocating for patients
Initiate requests for administrative needs and update patient records
Required Qualifications
Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or aptitude to learn
Ability to communicate professionally and appropriately
Solid interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills
Must live within a commutable distance
