A company is looking for an Enterprise Vendor Services Manager to manage high-value enterprise accounts and ensure successful delivery of Vendor Compliance Services.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise and strategic clients, managing relationships and guiding them through the post-sales lifecycle
Oversee vendor due diligence documentation, manage TPRM Specialists, and support client onboarding and service cycles
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and recommend process improvements aligned with industry trends
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role
Experience managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Professional certifications in Vendor Management, Risk Management, or related fields
Experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B services environment
